Order Modifications and Cancellations

- Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- Once an order has been processed and dispatched, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available if your order is not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe of 45 business days, excluding the processing time of 2–5 business days.
- Refunds, exchanges, or replacements can be requested for incorrect orders or damaged products.
Refund Process
- Refund, exchange, or replacement requests are processed within 24 hours on business days.
- To expedite the process, please provide:
- Images or videos of damaged items.
- Your order number.
- Your name and contact details.
- Refunds for reasons such as a change of mind are also accepted under our return conditions.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned products must be in their original condition, including all components and packaging, and shipped with prepaid postage.
- Customers bear the return shipping costs for reasons such as incorrect size selection or changes in preference.
Refund Deductions
- A fee of 6.9% + $1 will be deducted from refunds to cover payment gateway charges, warehouse fees, and platform costs.
Cases Ineligible for Refunds
Refunds or reshipments are not available in the following situations:
- Non-delivery due to customer errors, such as providing an incorrect address.
- Delays caused by exceptional circumstances, including customs issues or natural disasters.
- Incorrect size selection for items where a size chart was provided.
- Purchases of electronic items.
Refusal of Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges
Refunds, returns, or exchanges may not be accepted for:
- Pre-order and custom-made items.
- Orders already in transit.
- Cases involving incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Delivery Failures
If a delivery fails, we will notify you promptly via email. If you do not respond or provide accurate information, the package may be disposed of by the logistics provider. We will not be liable for such occurrences.
